Pilot scale dry granulator product features:
GFZL-50 intelligent fully automatic dry granulator, with adjustable granule size to meet different requirements, high yield, high automation, ease of use, and universal model features. A water-cooling device can be added to the press roller according to customer needs.
Introduction to a New Structure of a Pilot Scale Dry Granulator:
Machine Design: Water cooling system (can be configured individually based on material heat load), electrical monitoring system, reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, no tetrafluoroethylene powder or metal substances in particles, exquisite manufacturing, uses German production technology, equipped with an automatic feeding system, convenient for disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance, meets GMP requirements.
The lifting part uses a hydraulic lifting cylinder to raise and lower the feeding mechanism, with limit switches controlling the position and interlocking with feeding, tablet pressing, and arrangement.
2. The feeding section is driven by a motor to rotate a double-cone unequal screw, which pre-compresses and degasses the powder. According to the properties of different materials, the feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted (variable frequency speed control).
3. The tablet press is driven by an electric motor connected to a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which rotates the drive shaft. This rotation drives the two pressing rollers to rotate in relation to each other. Together with the applied pressure, the powder is compressed into tablets. The roller speed can be infinitely adjusted (via frequency control) according to the compressibility of different materials.
The granulating section is driven by a variable frequency speed control motor, which rotates the granulating cutter to form sheet material into desired granules that are discharged through the mesh.
5. Oil is supplied to the cylinder by an electric vane pump. A pressure accumulator is used to stabilize the pressure, and electrical contact pressure gauges are used to set the upper and lower pressure limits.
Cooling can be done using tap water or cooling water. It is forcibly cooled on the surface of the press roller through the shaft hole via the HS-X32A two-way inner tube spiral joint.
